Leaving Town!!

Hey all! I am off to welcome my baby brother home from Peru. He served as a church missionary there for two years, and since we lived in Kansas when he left, it's been even longer than that since I have seen him! I will be spending a week and a half with my family, and most likely won't be updating, so check back around Easter.

My incredible Man!

I just need to post and say how proud I am of my incredible hubby! He has always worked so hard to be a great provider and allow me the opportunity to stay home. In his latest attempts, he has written articles for a newspaper and is now publishing a column which they have called Eccles Echoes. It doesn't pay alot, but enough that maybe we can afford to eat a nice meal out once a month (hint hint Derek). Nice job Honey!

Ideas Anyone?

Brendan is in total cabin fever mode. There is still too much snow to get out and let him run and our apartment is TINY! We have done the beans in the dump trucks, all sorts of crafts, baking together, all sorts of things but I am out of fun ideas to do with him. Any suggestions?

Moving??

So, perhaps I should once again change my blog header since we are looking at jobs outside of Idaho. I think if we are in the same place for a year, we get antsy and have to move again. That's just a theory. We will see if anything materializes from this latest venture. Chances are high it will, so stay posted to find out what adventure awaits us next!

Feeding Time

This picture demands an explanation! Brendan was getting pj's on(hence the no clothes)while I was feeding Bryn. He decided he needed to feed his "baby" the same way mommy does. He sat there for a whole 5 minutes until Brynlee was done!

The Jehovah Witness have been knocking on our door recently to share their inviation to a celebration of Christ's death. I politely tell them I'm not interested. This morning they came and tried to hand me an invitation with a picture of Christ on it. I just said no thank you and they left. As soon as I closed the door, Brendan came over and kept asking me, "Mommy, don't want Jesus?" How to explain that one to a two year old?! I told him we just had other pictures of him and it seemed to work:) Quite the character! Well, here are a few of our favorite pics from the last few months!

So, here it is: our brand new computer built by yours truly!
Thats right, with a little help from the world's coolest big brother, my two little hands built this beauty! The case is fun, it glows blue, in case you couldn't tell. The side is clear (so you see the guts) with a blue fan and there are blue "lava lamps" on the front. Lots of fun! It'll be great to be connected to the world again. It's amazing how much you use a computer when you suddenly don't have one! I've been trying to compile my own book of allergy free recipes, and they will look a little better typed out! So, to help me with this feat, if you have any favorite recipes that don't have any milk, egg, or nut products in them, send them on!
